Information we collect

When you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo and account identifier. Google sign-in is used for identity, not access to your Gmail inbox. We store order details, purchased products, payment method, payment status, subscription dates and issued license keys.

For crypto payments, we store the selected network, amount, transaction ID and verified sender address. Blockchain transactions are public. We do not collect your wallet private keys or seed phrase.

How we use your information

We use account and purchase information to identify you, verify payments, provide keys and eligible downloads, manage access, answer support requests and help prevent fraud. Your Google account email is the delivery email for your purchase. The seller can view customer and order information to fulfill purchases.

Service providers and external links

Account, order and file information is processed through our hosting, authentication and storage providers. Google, payment providers and blockchain verification services process information needed for their services under their own policies. Using a WhatsApp community link takes you to WhatsApp, where its privacy rules apply.

Browser storage and security

We use browser storage to maintain your sign-in session and temporarily remember your product and network selection when continuing through Google sign-in. Checkout selections expire after 30 minutes. We restrict access to customer records and private downloads, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your requests

We retain information needed to operate your account, fulfill purchases, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Some transaction records may need to be retained, and public blockchain records cannot be deleted by AutoMeta.

Extension permissions and any extension-specific handling of data should be reviewed in the information provided with that tool before installation. This policy covers the AutoMeta website and account service. If this policy changes, the updated version and date will appear on this page.
